We have been mindful as we travelled to new places to learn about others authentic food, cultures and food stories that we had much to learn. Chef Jo-Anne Schultz and her team set out to learn about people, cultures, unique ways and how food harmonizes with those stories. Cuisines that touch on the practices and culture of First Nations people, like where I live in Canada. You can see us showcasing that authentic cuisine in the Canadian Rocky Mountains with The Great Canadian Cooking School. A portion of the proceeds from our Cacao Bean sales are sent directly to our projects struggling to survive because of Covid-19.
